Beverages preparation and draught [ Return towards Catering ]
May beverages dispensing be your main activity or not, we will help you to choose the perfect gas mixture and help you to install an efficient and competitive process.
There are two processes that will enable you to draught your beverages in glasses:
- PREMIX: To optimize logistic costs, the beverages are packaged in barrels by the manufacturers. CO2 or other gas mixtures pressure enables draught serving.
- POSTMIX: The beverage is mixed onsite. Water, syrup and CO2 are mixed together before the carbonation and draught are performed.
